Christmas was crazy. We saw our family and friends, which was lovely. But the weather was insane and got both of us super sick. Not so fun :-(

Christmas Eve was nice. The high was in the 50’s, the sun was out, and it was great! Christmas day, the weather made a dramatic shift from sunny to snowy and by the time we left my Uncle Kevin’s house in Wylie, it looked like this outside…

I know some people are all about a white Christmas, but Frank and I are not two of those people.

But anyway, on a brighter note, 2013 is looking like it will be a great year for us. Full of change and transition, which also means we will be opening a new and exciting chapter of our life. So, as the saying goes, when it rains, look for rainbows and when its dark, look for stars. And when it snows on Christmas in Texas, look for change and possibilities :-) Happy new year, y’all!
